I ordered this dress from QutieLand.
The dress is made out of very light fabric so it's perfect for summer.
It is too short for me so I don't really wear it as a lolita dress but as a regular summer dress without a petticoat. I like the dress better with the ties wrapped all around the waist.
The embroidery and shirring are really well made.
There is a little bit of tulle on the lining which helps to keep the hem from sticking to your legs.
Even though it says that the dress can be washed, I've been too afraid to try and will most likely only wash the parts that need to be washed by hand.
